A：We ship to all states within the United States. Currently we do not support international shipping.

A：Orders normally take 5‑12 business days for delivery after being processed. Processing time takes 1‑3 business days.

A：Free standard shipping applies for all orders over $79 within US.
Q：How can I track my order?
A：Once your order ships, tracking number will be sent to your order email. Check your inbox or spam folder.
Q：What is your return policy?
A：Items can be returned within 30 days upon delivery. Goods must be unused, original packaging intact. Large furniture & garden items have special return requirements. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q：My item arrived damaged / defective. What to do?
A：Please email service@jorenix.com within 7 days of delivery, attach clear photos of product & package. We will handle replacement or refund accordingly.
Q：Do furniture items need assembly?
A：Most furniture pieces require simple assembly. Instruction manuals are included inside each package. Basic tools may be needed for some models.
Q：Can I modify or cancel my order?
A：Order cancellation is only available before shipment. Once shipped, you will need to follow return procedure. Please email us quickly if you need adjustments.
