Shipping Policy for Jorenix

We provide shipping service for customers across the United States.

1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1‑3 business days (Monday‑Friday, exclude weekends & public holidays).
   
   
2. Shipping Time Standard shipping: 5‑12 business days after processing. Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $79. Orders under $79 apply standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
   
   
3. Order Tracking After your parcel ships out, tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.
   
   
4. Shipping Limitation We only deliver to United States addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
   
   
5. Damaged / Lost Parcel If package arrives damaged or reported lost in transit, please contact service@jorenix.com with supporting photos and order number within 7 calendar days after receiving or estimated delivery date.
